Request to host G4 Roll Out Event
Thank you for your interest in hosting one of GRI’s roll out events for the G4Sustainability Reporting Guidelines.
GRI is now looking for partners. This is an open call to express an interest to host one of these events. This form has been designed to help you provide us with the information we need to assess all expressions of interest. Please send your completed form to GRI at .
Please be advised that all the requirements listed below will need to be fulfilled in order for GRI to facilitate an event.
G4 event requirements
Support- Coverage of accommodation and travel expenses (economy class) for GRI speaker
- Logistical support during the pre-production phase of the event (arrange venue, catering, logistics and secure support staff)
- Preparation of attendee badges (the registration process will be handled by GRI and attendee details will be provided at least 5 working days ahead of the event)
- Logistical support on the day of the event (prepare materials for the registration desk, assistants to hand out badges to attendees upon arrival, handling all logistical matters during event, support from an audio-visual technician, 2 assistants in the room for roving microphones)
- Outreach to your local network to generate awareness and attendance (in addition to GRI’s own network and outreach support from GRI’s local partners)
- Welcome coffee / tea
- Networking break: coffee / tea/ refreshments / cookies
- Farewell drinks & snacks
- Water for speaker(s) and attendees in meeting room throughout the event.
- Meeting room for 100 – 250 people (can be in theatre style)
- Room facilities; board table for 4 speakers, lectern, flip chart & markers.
- AV & IT requirements: beamer, screen, laptop, sound system, microphones (1 for lectern, 4 for board members/moderator, 2 fixed microphones in aisles for audience, 2 roving microphones to facilitate Q&A), internet connection
- Adjacent lounge with registration desk, space for welcome coffee/ tea registration, networking break and drinks
