As per our telephonic talk, the relevant informations, as required by the above letter under reference, on the subject mentioned above, in prescribed performa (Annexure I and II) are being enclosed for your information and necessary action.
It is also stated that out of five districts having MAH units, three districts have already prepared District Crisis groups and other two districts are in the process of constitution of the same. Local Crisis Groups have not been constituted and no Off Site Emergency Plans have been prepared for which necessary efforts are being made.
