Small Opportunities add up to help our PTSO raise $$

for the tools we need!

As you all know, the PTSO does a lot to help our kids, our families, and our school be the best they can possibly be. Below are just a few of the smaller ways we can raise money to continue those efforts.

Each year we raise over $1000 for our school with Box Tops for Education by clipping the symbols off of products or shopping online at www.btfe.com/marketplace . This money goes into our general fund to help support various items in our school.

We are restarting our Labels for Education Program! This enables us to purchase necessary items for our school such as playground equipment, tools for classroom use, and various other items as the catalog updates.

We are starting the My Coke Rewards for school program. Like the Labels for Education program, this gives us a catalog of items that we can spend our points on to better our school.

Cartridges for Kids helps us add fun and necessary items for our school’s curriculum. As we continue our Cartridges for Kids Program, we are looking to expand it by accepting more items than just ink cartridges. Stay tuned for more info on items we can accept.

We have started a Capri Sun Pouch Brigade! www.terricycle.net will pay us $0.02 per drink pouch! Capri Sun pays for shipping-pretty cool! And they recycle the containers into 13 cool products, so we are helping to keep them out of landfills. The container will be out in the gym during lunch

We are looking into other recycling projects that will help our school to earn money. As we have more information, we will pass it on to you. Let’s help South Colby Bobcats Go Green!
