5th grade assignment: Take your own photographs or create a drawing, illustrating these chapter titles/catch phrases. Attach your TWO best 4x6 photographs or creative drawings to the Summer Reading Assignment Form. Complete the written reflection for each photograph. Bring both completed forms to your reading class the first day of school. You will find the Summer Reading Assignment Form on the school website.
Your assignments will be utilized in both Reading and English classes for curricular-based activities. These activities will prepare students in welcoming our visiting author, Cynthia Lord, during the week of September 15th, 2014.
