Terms & Conditions for Cancellation

1. You can cancel your registration up until 1 month (30 days)

before the start date, free of charge.

2. If you cancel your registration up until 2 weeks

before the start date, you will be charged 50%

of the tuition fee.

3. If you cancel your registration between 1 – 2 weeks

before the start date, you will be charged 75%

of the tuition fee.

4. If you cancel your registration less than 1 week

before the start date, you will be charged 100%

of the tuition fee.

5. The conditions listed above are to cover our costs

in case of a cancellation. If you're able to identify

a participant who will replace you, we'll be happy

to reimburse you the full tuition fee.

6. We're always open to discuss specific

personal circumstances.
