Both competitions will be run concurrently
Fences in first round not to exceed 80cms
Fences in second round not to exceed 85cms
4 Riding Club Members per team, best 3 scores from each round to count.
Riders to be members of an Area 11 Affiliated Riding Club
Entry Fee:£70 per team
First Aid:£8 per team

Area entry form to be received by Show Secretary by 3rdFebruary 2018. No need to fill in another entry form as well – just the Novice Winter Championships Area Entry form 2018 is sufficient and which can be downloaded on the BRC website:
Photocopies of all team members’ equine flu certificates to be included with Area Entry Form OR EMAIL THEM TO SECRETARY

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.Photocopies of all team members’ equine flu certificates to be sent with Area Entry. OR EMAIL THEM TO SECRETARY Any horse or pony without a valid flu certificate will not be allowed to compete.
2.Correct riding attire (see BRC Rules) to be worn.
3.Hats must be presented to the Secretary on the day for tagging (see BRC Rules – Appendix 4). NEW TAGS FOR 2018
4.Neither the organisers nor the sponsors accept any liability for any accident, injury, illness or damage to horse, owner, riders or any person or property whatsoever, however caused.
5.The Judge’s decision is final.
6.Any objection must be submitted in writing accompanied by £20, returnable if the objection is upheld.
7.Dogs are not permitted on the showground and must be confined to owner’s vehicle.
8.Horses/ponies must NOT be tied up outside boxes/trailers and left unattended.
9.Any horse/pony that has been in contact with any infectious disease should not attend.
10.HEALTH AND SAFETY
The organisers of this show have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present according to guidelines under law. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instruction of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
