1)  All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing direct to the hotel.

2） Hotel reserves the right to charge one night to the credit card provided for cancellation notice less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date.

3） Whole booking period will be charged for cancellation notice less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date or no-show.

4） Check-in time is 14.00 hrs. If rooms are requested prior to check-in time; early arrivals will be accommodated and subject to room availability.

5） Check-out time is 12.00 hrs. (noon). Should the check-out time be requested to 18.00 hrs. a half-day charge at 50% of the above offered room rate will be applied. Full rate will be applied for late check-out after 18.00 hrs.
