1.  Which building will Xfinity be located in? Submit two copies of the approved certified site plans DSP-13009 showing the location of the building and the unit Xfinity will be occupying. July 21, 2017 – Xfinity will be occupying a portion of building 3. Tempi

2.  Submit the approved certified DSP-13009 (I am not sure which revision because I don’t know which building Xfinity will be located in) building elevations and signage plan for the building Xfinity will be occupying. July 21, 2017 – Xfinity will be occupying a portion of building 3. Tempi

3.  Provide the square footage of the awning sign on the sign detail sheet. The other two signs have the square footages but not the awning sign. July 21, 2017 – OK, per sign detail sheet submitted on 7/10/2017, the square footage of the awning sign is 14.4 sq. ft.

4.  Once revised plans addressing the above comments have been submitted, review will continue and additional comments may be generated based on the revised plans. Submit all requested information in one package.

July 10, 2017 – Permit put on HOLD, reopened to Urban Design for Susan Lareuse to review the sign for conformance to the sign standards approved under DSP-13009. Tempi

July 21, 2017 –

1.  This permit requires MUTC Committee approval. Submit the approval received by the Riverdale Park Local Design Review Committee as part of this permit package. The approval from the review committee should have been obtained prior to applying for these permits.

5.  Permit 23910-2017-SGU is an awning sign. Per the Cafritz Property Design Standards Guidelines for signage, # 13 - Awnings may have no more than 30 percent of its surface area covered by a business logo and name that is an integral part of the design. Please provide the surface area covered by the name of the business on the sign detail sheet.
