Many gentles in the barony are working on Arts and Sciences projects in the barony. Among them are…

Adelaide - Played the part of Covetessness in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Alcione de Louens – has done some stunning illuminations which she entered into Baronial Championship.

Alruth von Arkesleve - Played the part of Valdes and of the Old Man in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Annika Murchadha – Played the part of the Bad Angel in the "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus." She also continues with naalbinding.

Barthel aus Pennswald - Played Doctor Faustus in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Brummbar von Schwarzberg - Making a bone whistle based off one found in the Sutton Hu dig.

Cara Wyther - Working on glass beads. Assisted Ld. Gudrun in the weaving of some rugs. Drop spinning Icelandic wool. Played the part of a scholar in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Carolyn Buxton - Played Lucifer & the Pope in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Daphne Theobauld - Has made soapstone molds for pewter medallions. She has a swan, a pelican, and a medallion with King Herald on it. She has also been doing some wonderful embroidery which she’s used to adorn the collar of one of her dresses. She also made a brief appearance in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus” as a harlot.

Erich Hlodowechssun – Continues to entertain us at Bardic activities with his singing and playing of the guitar.

Geoffrey de Cardevelle - Played the part of Sloth in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Gillian Warrender - Played the narrator in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Gudrun Sveasdottir - Wove some cotton rugs. Put on a play "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Isa Stewart – Played the part of the Good Angel in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Jack Banyard - Has made a new court heraldic tabard for the Barony of Three Rivers. He made a scholar's coat to be used initially as a costume in a play. Made another coat for himself.

Josef von Rothenburg – Played the part of the Duke in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Kajsa Nikulasdotter - Played the part of Pride as well as a member of the chorus in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus." and she made all the leather masks for the parts of the deadly sins in the play.”

Kirk Fitzdavid – Continues woodworking. I know that he’s been teaching folks how to make boxes over at his house.

Laidan – Made a metal circlet which she entered into the Dress Accessories competition during the Barony of Three Rivers’ Winter Court event.

Madeleine Rose de Cardeville - Played the part of Wrath as well as a membor of the chorus in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Merdydd ferch Owain ap Eliseg – Played the part of Helen of Troy in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Miriam bat Moshe – Played the part of Lechery in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Neathery de Saifta - Played the part of Wagner in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Nicholevna Kamchatskaia - Played Mephastophalies in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Olga Belobashnina Cherepanova – While she continues pottery, turning out prolific amounts, she also took some time out to make some clay horns for anyone in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus” whose demeanor warranted them.

Rachel – Played Cornelius in as well as a member of the chorus "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Ravasz Jancsi - Played Gluttony and the knight in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Rebecca of Three Rivers - Researching 14th century pilgramige badges. Has made leather garters and did some tooling on them.

Seathrun MagAoinghous - Has been researching hat construction and has made a rough draft of the hat he's working on.

Slaine ni Chiarain – Played the part of the Duchess in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Teva - Played the part of Envy in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Tíme - Played the part of a scholar & a cleric in "The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus."

Willewyn of Three Rivers - Glass beads. Beads, beads and more beads. She's also made some hat pins by taking the heads off some veil pins and working some glass onto them

Nicholevna Kamchatskaia – held a class in October on the making of T-Tunics.

There were 2 competitions in the barony in the past quarter, both at Winter Court on January 3rd. One was the Baronial Championship which required 3 different entries from each participant. This competition was run and judged by HL Slaine ne Chiarain and was won by Ld Jack Banyard with is entry of a heraldic tabard, a brewing entry and an appliqued cloak.

The other competition was Dress Accessories which was run by HL Cara Wyther with assistance from HL Slaine ne Chiarain. It was judged by Cara and Baroness Merdydd ferch Owain ap Eliseg and was won by Willewyn of Three Rivers for her entry of beaded veil pins.
