In accordance with Public Law 1975, Chapter 231, “Open Public Meetings Act”, The Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Hackensack will conduct a public hearing Thursday, June 20, 2013 in the Council Chambers 3rd floor City Hall, 65 Central Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to consider the below-listed cases, and if possible, render formal decisions. Please note that the order of applications may be modified by the Chairperson at his discretion.

1. Insufficient Side Yard 7.5’ required. Existing 2.58ft. and 5.25ft.
2. Maximum Lot coverage 25%, Proposed 26.8%
3. Any other Variance or Waivers that may be required.

Application to construct an addition consisting of a garage, a kitchen and a second floor bedroom. The existing garage will be converted into extra kitchen space. This application does not conform to the Zoning Ordinance for the City Of Hackensack, as it exists today. The following were found to be deficient:
1. Insufficient Side Yard 7.5’ required. Existing 2.58ft. And 5.25ft.
2. Maximum Lot coverage 25%, Proposed 26.8%
3. Any other Variance or Waivers that may be required.
