Anyone wanting to attend a Continuing Education Course and/or the Seminar must complete the standard registration form and pay the standard fees. The form can be found at www.alrdc.com. The one complimentary registration is good only for the workshop on June 8, 2010.

Free registration1,2. One free workshop registration will be granted per exhibiting company. People who are attending the Exhibit only may register for $100 per day for the days they attend. They will need to obtain a special pass at the Workshop. All additional personnel will need to register for the workshop at the normal registration cost.
Exhibit size3. Please make certain your exhibit/display items fit within the exhibit space size: 10’X10’. There is no forklift available at the hotel. If any change is needed in the exhibit size or other requirements, please notify Ronda Brewer immediately. Information about shipping/receiving exhibit materials will be sent out at least one month prior to the workshop date. Please check this website for periodic updates. If all exhibit spaces are not taken by Friday, May 14, 2010, a company may sign up for an extra large booth (10’ x 20’) for a cost of $1,000.
Set up time. It is preferred for all Exhibits to be set up on Sunday afternoon, June 6, 2010, between 2:00 and 5:00 pm. If necessary, a booth may be set up on Monday evening, after 6:30 pm. Please notify Ronda Brewer if you need to use this special time.
Teardown time. Please do not start teardown of your exhibit until after the afternoon break on Tuesday, June 8. If you must start teardown early, please coordinate with Ronda Brewer at the Workshop administration table.
Door prizes. If you would like to provide door prizes in your booth, this is permitted. Also, if you would like to donate door prizes to be distributed during the general sessions, this will be appreciated.
Hospitality Events, Dinners, Ball Games, etc. It is OK to schedule Hospitality Events, Dinners, Ball Games, etc. in connection with the Workshop, but these MAY NOT be scheduled to conflict with the timing of any Workshop presentations or events.
