This 2-hour workshop is designed to increase the employee’s awareness of, and sensitivity to, issues of sexual harassment as well as reviewing their company’s policy and procedures for reporting and handling sexual harassment claims. The fostering of informed mutual respect among employees and the prevention of sexual harassment are the central themes.
