Terms and Conditions
1. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and for the supply at SIHM Kozhikode
2. The rate should be valid at least for 3 months from the last date of receipt of quotation.
3. A detailed catalogue regarding the material may be enclosed along with quotation.
4. The Trade names, Specifications, etc may be specifically indicated.
5.. The item should be supplied to the station within 15 days on issue of supply order.
7. The last date of receipt of quotation is 3.00 p.m on 23.10.2017 and will be opened at 3.30 pm on the same day
8. The payment will be made by Cheque/DD.
9. The undersigned reserves all the right regarding the acceptance of quotations.
10. If prices quoted are Ex – Go down rates that may be specifically indicated otherwise the rate quoted will be considered as the rate inclusive of the cost of delivery.
