As #Congress works to finalize the FY2016 appropriations measure, 114 organizations of the #AIDS Budget and Appropriations Coalition have signed a letter urging them to restore the damaging proposed cuts and maintain funding for other worthy HIV/AIDS programs. In order to achieve the goals of the National HIV/AIDS Strategy, and move towards an AIDS-free generation, continued and robust federal government resources are required #NoRiders
