Certificate Course in Cyber Crime Laws (CCCL)fromCyberLawCollege is a Course meant to provide an in-depth understanding of Cyber Crime Laws as applicable in India.

The course is a 30% credit part of the Diploma in Cyber Laws conducted by CyberLawCollege.The two other parts of the Diploma Course comprise “Certificate in Digital Contract Laws” (CDCL) and “Certificate in Cyber Crime Law Compliance” (CCLC) which carry 30% and 40% credit towards completion of the PG Diploma Course. Interested students may continue with the other credit parts and acquire the PG Diploma Course.

The Course content is based on Information Technology Act 2000 as amended by Information Technology Amendment Act 2008. (ITA 2008)

Who should take this Course?

This course is meant for E-Commerce Professionals,IT Professionals Law Students, Business Management Students and Legal professionals who would like to specialize in Cyber Laws. Engineers, Company Secretaries and Chartered Accountantsmay also take the Course.

How the Course is conducted:

This is an online course in which lessons will be sent by e-mail and back up copies by print. Test will be partly online and partly of the open bokk type. Online test will be conducted on Chat mode.

The Courseis recommended for graduates in any discipline. However considering the demand from the student community, the Course is made available for under graduate students in Law and Technology as well. Before taking up the course, students are requested to study the Course contents and decide their own requirement and capability for timely completion of the course.

Profile of Naavi:

Na.Vijayashankar, more popularly known as Naavi, is Techno Legal Information Security Consultant based in Bangalore, India.

Naavi is a pioneer in the field of Cyber Law in India being the author of the first book (1999) and first E-Book (2003) on Cyber Laws in India. He has also authored a book titled “Cyber Laws, Corporate Mantra for the Digital Era” and “Cyber Laws Demystified”. He is also the author of the Kannada book “Antarjaala Aparaadhagalu”.

Naavi is the founder of which is the pioneering Virtual educational institution in India dedicated to Cyber Law Education. Naavi is also the founder of the premier Cyber Law Portal in India..

Naavi has over three decades of senior Corporate executive experience behind him and has conducted hundreds of Training sessions to professionals of various disciplines such as Bankers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Engineers, Software Professionals, E-Governance officials, Police and Judicial Officers through workshops and in-house training programmes in Cyber Laws, Cyber Crimes, Information Security and related areas.
