McNair-Lincoln Project, Coordinator (2010-2011) In conjunction with Lincoln High School teachers, staff, and with the support of San Diego State faculty, I created and implemented a pilot program which matched McNair Scholars with low-income, first generation, and underrepresented high school students from Lincoln High School in San Diego (one of the lowest performing high schools in San Diego) to provide guidance for how to improve grades and successfully apply to college.
