WYNDEMERE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION

RENTAL FORM

The Wyndemere Property Owners Association (WPOA), pursuant to its policy governing the rental of property in the Wyndemere subdivision (Policy 6.2), requires a WPOA member (property owner) to submit the following to the Secretary at least three days prior the effective date of any rental in Wyndemere.

2.  Renters name, address, and phone number (or at the discretion of the Association’s Board of Directors the name, address, and phone number of the renter’s agent may be submitted for that of the renter’s): ______

4. ____ Check here if the Wyndemere property owner is assigning such property owner’s ONE boat slip use space to the renter for the period of the rental (any property owner’s use of common area boat dock/slip space is subject to any rules or regulations that may be adopted by the Board on the management of the common area boat docks and slips).

The property owner(s) and renter(s) specified above agree: (1) that the renter(s) will conduct himself/herself, and other persons on the premises with the renter’s consent will conduct themselves, in a manner that will not disturb neighbors or other community residents peaceful enjoyment (e.g., no extremely loud or disruptive behavior), (2) that the renter(s) will comply with all Wyndemere Covenants, rules, and regulations, (3) that the renter(s) will not litter in the community, (4) that the renter’s lease is terminated if any purposeful damage is done to any property or common area in Wyndemere or if the provisions of this policy or the covenants are violated, and (5) that any use of the Wyndemere common areas, where allowed, must be in a reasonable and orderly manner.

All property owners and those who rent property in the Wyndemere subdivision are subject to the WPOA Declaration of Protective Covenants and Restrictions. Any property owner or member of the Association who rents their property to another (renter) should make the Declaration available to such renter(s). A copy of Policy 6.2 (Property Owners Renter Requirements) which sets forth regulations relating to rentals in the Wyndemere Subdivision should also be given to such renters.
