The following is the requiredarticulation agreement between Ivy Tech Community College and the College of Health and Human Sciences for students who are interested in obtaining an AS degree from Ivy Tech Community College prior to transferring to the College of Health & Human Sciences at Purdue University-West Lafayette. Additional requirements
- The student must complete all requirements of the Associate of Science degree at Ivy Tech Community College in order to enter the Bachelor of Science degree program in Human Services at Purdue University as a junior.
- All course grades must be “C” or better to be accepted as transfer credit.
- It is strongly recommended that you review the rules for transferring credit to Purdue available at
- Course equivalencies are subject to change without notice.
- Actual transfer credit will not be posted until an official transcript has been received and processed by the Office of Admissions.
- Dual Credit courses taken in high school may not be transferable in all cases.
