Integration Engineer support for Tritium Plant systems design and Configuration Control

The ITER Organization intends to identify experts for the above task. The following documents are attached to allow experts(individuals or companies) to propose their candidacy:

-Technical Specification

-Curriculum Vitae (template)

-Financial Proposal (template)

-Statement of exclusivity and availability

-Confidentiality commitment (to be signed upon contract award)

-ITER General Terms & Conditions (v 2009)

Contents of the expected proposal:

-Curriculum Vitae of the expert including references to the relevant experience and/or projects according to ITER requirements defined in the technical specification and the criteria defined of the letter of invitation

-Statement of exclusivity and availability

Evaluation:

In order to be considered for this tender, the tenderer must demonstrate to meet the minimum requirements defined below:

• Minimum requirements:

-Engineering degree or diploma in the field mechanical engineering

-At least 5 years of proven experience in plant design disciplines

-At least 3 years of proven experience in design andconstruction industryfor nuclear power plants or other nuclear installations

-At least 3 year experience in usage of AUTOCAD software

-At least 1 year experience in usage of CATIA V5 CAD software

-Good written and spoken English

ITER intends to evaluate the CVs submitted in response to this Call for tender using the following award criteria as set forth below:

• Award criteria :

-30% on the experience in design and construction of nuclear buildings and facilities

-20% on the experience in interface definition and control related to the plant system interfaces and interfaces to the building

-20% on the experience in management of 3D digital mock-up in plant layout design and integration

-15% on the experience in CAD draftsmen coordination

-15% on the experience in usage of CADsoftware related to mechanical, plant design and diagrams

Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of best value for money (70% quality – 30% price)
