§  Integers and Rational Numbers

§  Similarity

§  Ratios, Rates, Percent, Proportions

Tests/Quizzes Tests and quizzes will usually be announced in advance. Some may not.

Homework Some homework will be worth points. Some will not. To get full credit ALL WORK MUST BE SHOWN. Since we go over the homework on the day it is due, late homework

will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to get the assignments that you miss when

you are absent. You are responsible for showing me your homework.

Computers A portion of your grade may come from work you did on the computer.

REMEDIATION

Students will be expected to practice math skills independently utilizing the Seneca Valley online resource Edgenuity. A skills review will be provided to you each week. You will be expected to use the Course Structure and take the review for that lesson. Each student will have an initial review and up to two additional attempts to improve their score on the ten-point review. The highest grade will be recorded weekly into the SV Gradebook. Additional resources are included into the course to help improve your score such as: Warm-ups, Instruction, Assignments and Practice Homework. As well as the technology resources, I am always here to help if you need additional assistance and after or during school tutoring.
