Self I-Dentity through Ho`oponopono® (SITH®) is an ancient Hawaiian problem solving process developed and updated by Kahuna Lapa`au Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona. SITH® through divine repentance, forgiveness, and transmutation provides the opportunity for one to restore their Self I-Dentity to be pure in heart and free of replayed memories manifesting as problems.

INSTRUCTORS BIOGRAPHIES

JEAN NAKASATOwas first introduced to SITH® in 1982 when Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona was inspired to go to the island of Maui, Hawaii to teach a Basic I class. Since this time and having received these previous gifts, Jean has applied the SITH® process to her life, work, and family experiencing a sense of peace and joy beyond all understanding in the midst of chaos. The greatest gifts she learned from Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona were to "clean self, first, always, and last" and "always take good care of self." She has been a coordinator and instructor for the Maui classes since 2007 and has been a guest instructor in Taiwan and Japan. She is eternally grateful to experience this process in this lifetime.

MARY KOEHLER - MY WILD IRISH ROSE

Paddy’0, LLC: MARY KOEHLER, Manager. Mary Koehler is the Master Coordinator and a Master Instructor for IZI LLC sponsors Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® classes. Mary Koehler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She attended her first class in 1997, and began coordinating classes in Oregon a year later. She has coordinated and taught classes in the US, Canada, South America, Europe, Former Soviet Union, Middle East, Asia and Australia. She currently works with the IZI LLC Coordinators and Instructors for SITH® trainings worldwide. Mary Koehler and her husband Kurt have raised seven (7) children and enjoy a large extended family. Together with her husband, Mary manages a 116-acre tree farm in Oregon. Mary’s application of the SITH® process to family life and forest care has made the business of life much easier.

REVIEW STUDENTS
A Review student is anyone who completed a Basic I class between 1992 and the present. Anyone who took a Basic I prior to 1992 is considered a New Student.

WORLD WIDE ABSENTEE – ANY I-DENTITY / $255.00 / $12.01 / $267.01 USD
Any I-Dentity may be registered for any of IZI LLC sponsors SITH® classes as a World Wide Absentee participant. Family members, children, spouses, boy friends, girlfriends, significant others, friends, businesses, cars, houses, pets, oceans, rivers, lakes, mountains, and all I-Dentities may take the class in absentee. The Registrant (the person who registers and pays for the class) may register any Participant (the I-Dentity). The World Wide Absentee Participant does not have to have taken the class before, to take it in absentee, except for Asia.
All Asian Registrants with Asian addresses must sign up for World Wide Absentee through Asian office. Except for Asia, where the registrant must be a review student.
All Former Soviet Union, Bulgaria and Israel Registrants with addresses in these countries must sign up for the World Wide Absentee through the Former Soviet Union, Bulgarian and Israel website.
Once the payment and registration is complete, the participant will be entered into the World Wide Absentee lists of students for the class. The cleaning begins with registration and earlier registration allows for more cleaning. The World Wide Absentee cleaning list will be sent every business day to the 3 Affiliates (Kamailelauli'i Rafaelovich, Constance ZHoku=Pana Webber & Mary Koehler-My Wild Irish Rose) and all IZI LLC Coordinators and Instructors.
Students attending as World Wide Absentee do not receive any materials, and will register as a New Student when first taking the class in person.
Refund Policy: No refund or transfer for World Wide Absentee registration after registration is completed.
Cancellation Policy: In the event a class is cancelled we do not refund WWA Absentee registration. Once a student has registered, the cleaning starts. If a class is cancelled, students may choose to sign up through the same Coordinator for a different class as a WWA student that takes place that year. We would continue the cleaning each day, and would send a thank you note at the end of the cleaning time for the new class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

IZI LLC has a right to cancel the event/class for any reason and only the amount of event registration fees paid by student will be refunded by the Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for collecting from the participants the fees for the Event and handling all refunds. The Coordinator is responsible for refunding only the amount of event registration fees paid by student. IZI LLC and the Coordinator are not responsible for travel expenses, lost deposits, or any other expenses incurred by the registration in anticipation of attending this event. No refunds for travel expenses, lost deposits, or any other expense incurred by the registrant in anticipation of attending this event. Each participant assumes the responsibility of any added expenses they incur by registering to attend the event.

REFUND POLICY

After midnight on the day before the first day of class, there will be NO refunds. Full refunds (minus credit card fees, wire fees or PayPal fees) are ONLY granted for those who are unable to attend the class for any reason. Refund for the class must be requested by midnight of the day before the first day of class via email or phone to the Coordinator.

1. If no refund has been requested by midnight on the day before the first day of class, a new student will be considered a New Student in Absentee. No materials are sent. The student must attend the class in person to receive the materials and procedures on use of the materials. The New Student in Absentee attending then as a Review Student in-person, would purchase the books from the Coordinator in the class they will be attending as a Review Student.

2. If no refund has been requested by midnight on the day before the first day of class, a review student will be considered a World Wide Absentee Student.

INSTRUCTOR POLICY

IZI LLC may at any point change the instructor for a class and replace the instructor with a different qualified instructor to conduct SITH® classes. IZI LLC and the Coordinator would make every effort to notify students of the change in a timely manner. IZI LLC may also add an additional instructor for any class at any point.

PHOTOGRAPHY, CELL PHONES, AND RECORDINGS POLICY

Photography, audio recording and videotaping: All are prohibited unless written permission is granted by all present. All cell phones and electronic devices must be powered “OFF” when in the classroom. If you are videotaping, recording or taking photographs in the classroom, you may be asked to immediately leave the class without a refund of your class fees.

No guarantee whatsoever is made to anyone by The Foundation of I, Inc Freedom of the Cosmos, its founder, Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, IZI LLC, IHHL LLC, Ho’akamai LLC, Bingboard Consulting LLC, Paddy ‘0, LLC, and their founders, employees, volunteers, sponsors, coordinators and instructors, or by the Divinity, the “I”, that the system of stress release and self-identity known as Ho`oponopono including, but not limited to, all meditations, visualizations, decrees, cleansings, spiritual healings and protections embodied in this book will yield specific results or desired outcomes at anytime.

The functioning of the Ho`oponopono process in conjunction with universal and cosmic laws is a direct experience between each individual, his or her own tri-une self and the Divinity, the “I”. Karma and Divine Providence must be the final arbiter of each one’s application of the Ho`oponopono process.

Each individual can only be a witness to his or her own personal healing, cleansing and protections of body, mind and spirit through the use of disciplines and processes herewith. The practice of proof of the Ho`oponopono process rests with the individual as, each may prove or disprove the power of Ho`oponopono for himself or herself.

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

You are registering to enroll in the IZI LLC sponsors Self I-Dentity through Ho`oponopono® event/class which is owned and presented by IZI LLC with permission from The Foundation of I, Inc. Freedom of the Cosmos, a non-profit education foundation hereinafter referred to as The Foundation. This is a legally binding Agreement between you, IZI LLC and The Foundation.

By registering for the Self I-Dentity through Ho`oponopono® event/class, you agree to accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, DO NOT Register for this event/class.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

  1. Notification of Copyright, Trademark and other Proprietary Information

The Foundation and IZI LLC owns all and any copyright, trademark and other intellectual proprietary rights to all the information presented in its Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® or Self I-Dentity Ho’oponopono® events/classes, including but not limited to, information, trademarks, content, documentation, manuals, texts, articles, booklets, illustrations, graphics, audio and video presentations, processes, exercises, tools, icons, updates and all other training related materials.

You may not modify, reproduce, display, distribute, post, transmit, record, tape, film, publish, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or perform any of the training related information and materials, in whole, in part or in any other manner by any means without the prior expressed written permission of The Foundation.

You also agree not to teach, disclose, reproduce, distribute, sell, provide, advertise, or otherwise make available any part of the Self I-Dentity through Ho`oponopono® Intellectual Property that you have received in any form to any third party without the prior written approval of the Foundation.

You further agree to hold any Confidential Information you obtain as a result of your registration with the IZI LLC and the Foundation in confidence and not to make the Confidential Information available to any third party or to use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than the activities for which you were given access to the Confidential Information.

You also agree and understand that title to the Foundation’s and IZI LLC‘s intellectual property, content and materials shall remain solely with the Foundation and IZI LLC.

  1. Warning:

Any misuse and abuse of Self I-Dentity through Ho'oponopono® has negative consequences.

For those who use it for themselves, the benefits are legion.

  1. Effective Date:

This Agreement is effective as of the time of your registration, will be binding on any future sessions you have with The Foundation and will remain in effect until otherwise notified by The Foundation.
