a)Police and NHW. Clerk to investigate the difference between Volunteer Authorised and Police Authorised to see if there is an advantage to be Police Authorised.

  1. Fault Report. Birds Drove and Jarvis Gate/Chaplegate junction reported.
  2. Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership - Speed Watch. Clerk to contact Highways to instigate a drop down post close to Bette Campling Close.

a)Chairman's Report - Clerk has attended a training course and is to instigate improvements to the minutes.
b)Councillor's Report - Cllr H Neale has started the repair of the Church Green.

  1. To Consider the purchase of a printer. Council approved the purchase of an Epson Workforce Printed. RESOLVED
d)To Consider the job description of a Village Handy Man - Clerk to draft an advertisement for this position. Self Employed preferred. RESOLVED
e)To Consider the adoption of an Emergency Plan. Clerk to organise a meeting in November. RESOLVED
f)To Consider Lincolnshire Devolution Consultation. Clerk to complete stating this Council would prefer not to have a Mayor. RESOLVED
g)To Consider the Local Council Award Scheme. Clerk to draw up the remaining policies required and start the process. RESOLVED

a)Play Areas - Bells Drove improvement. There was a discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of 2 new pieces of equipment and the possibility of adult equipment and a teen shelter to be placed on Hoyles Field. Clerk to speak with the Hoyles Field Committee and report back. RESOLVED
