Old Business
Overdue program jacket payments – 2010
Meyer Chiropractic $250 (boys hockey) – Vicki Noetzelman to drop off a copy the invoice from 2010
2011 outstanding payments
B’s on the River – $125 Lee Bunker dropped off a copy of the program
Delano Floral & Gifts $125
CBB Schaust Team $250 Should be in the mail
The ads will be taken out of the program jackets for the remainder of the year if payment is not received by the time of the next printing
Concession stand – Who’s up next? - Reviewed which teams are up next
Meat raffle – Reviewed teams up next
Fundraising ideas
Paver bricks – Mike Lindquist talked to the group about what our responsibility would be and ideas on where the pavers could be placed if we go forward with the fund raiser. The group agreed that this would be a good fund raiser to pursue. A sub-team will meet within the next week or to discuss next steps. (Vicki Noetzelman, Jan Lemke, Pete Dubay, Deb Kraemer, Glenda Vidmar and Patti Lemmerman)
Mulch – Vicki Noetzelmann contacted Otten Bros. to get some ideas about a mulch selling fund raiser. The group agreed it would be a good idea for a fund raiser. Vicki will follow up with Otten Bros to get more details.
Bird food sale – Joleen Soderberg (Baseball rep sub) discussed selling bird food. The group was interested in this idea. Janeen Peterson (baseball rep) will follow up and report back to the group at the next meeting.
Pizza Hut will donate 20% of their proceeds on specific nights (much like DQ does). Christine McLain to follow up and report back to the group next meeting.
Proofing documents – Lee Bunker suggested that Dollars for Scholars or NHS students could proof read documents for individuals for a fee. This could potentially be 10 cents a word.
Filling tires with gas (much like a carwash) – Lee Bunker suggested that we could have a tire filling event.
