WHEREAS the Planning Advisory Committee of the Borough of Lennoxville recommends the Borough of Lennoxville Council to accept the request of approval for the minor derogation in its resolution No. C.C.U. – ALE – 2008-184-00 dated June 10, 2008;
IT IS UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
That the minor derogation for lot 2445 504 of the Reform of the Québec cadastre, located at 50, Warren, in Zone Ra-29, to the effect to authorize a distance of 1,52 meter between the accessory building and the main building.
Mr. Alexandre Déragon’s report, dated May 26, 2008 is annexed to the present resolution be to an integral part thereof.

WHEREAS the Planning Advisory Committee of the Borough of Lennoxville recommends the Borough of Lennoxville Council to accept the request of approval for the minor derogation in its resolution No. C.C.U. – ALE – 2008-185-00 dated June 10, 2008;
IT IS UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
That the minor derogation for lot 2445768 of the Reform of the Québec cadastre, located at 10, James Street, in Zone Rb-1 to the effect to authorize a minimal distance of 0,42 meter between the accessory building and the left lateral lot line (garage being 4,72 meters by 6,83 meters).

WHEREAS the Planning Advisory Committee of the Borough of Lennoxville recommends the Borough of Lennoxville Council to accept the request of approval for the Commercial residential Site Planning and Architectural Plans in its resolution number C.C.U. –ALE – 2008-195-00 dated July 7, 2008;

IT IS UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
To modify resolution number C.A. LE – 2008-0891-00 of the Borough of Lennoxville dated June 10, 2008 approving the Site Planning and Architectural Integration Plans for 9, Mount Street in order to authorize the following modifications:
That the proposition to add a single gable, is conditional to using cladding material which resembles cedar shingles;
That a fibrocement cladding material of Monterey Taupe # JH40-20 (brown-green) in color and having imitation clapboards for the walls and cedar like shingles for the gable be added in front;
That as described in the analysis report dated July 2, 2008, the scenario number 2 proposed by the applicant concerning the entrances’ paths, adding shrubs around the tree as planned and reducing the width of the paths by using the minimal dimensions, being of 2,6 meters.

WHEREAS the Planning Advisory Committee of the Borough of Lennoxville recommends the Borough of Lennoxville Council to accept the request of approval for the Commercial residential Site Planning and Architectural Plans in its resolution number C.C.U. –ALE – 2008-196-00 dated July 7, 2008;
IT IS UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
To modify the Borough of Lennoxville’s resolution C.A. LE – 2008-0890-00 dated June 10, 2008 approving the Site Planning and Architectural Integration Plans for 269, Queen Street in order to authorize the following modifications:
That the opaque transoms model be accepted as proposed by the applicant;
That the big dormer window (without transoms) located in the back portion of the right side wall be kept as proposed by the applicant.
