Please note you must book for the whole weekend if indoors – the house will be secured overnight and you can leave your stalls set up. Outdoor stalls can be booked per day as there are no facilities to leave goods securely overnight (goods can be left, but at your own risk).

About the Event
The Artisan Food Fayre event will feature over 120 stalls inside the house and outside on the front lawn. Attractions will include speciality food and drink stalls, cooking demonstrations and workshops, craft stalls, fairground rides, entertainment & attractions.

Please note that there are limited stall positions downstairs, most are upstairs and require stallholders to carry stock upstairs. There is no lift. Downstairs positions will be prioritised to disabled stallholders and stallholders selling heavy items – please let us know if you would prefer a downstairs stall and we will do our best to accommodate you, alternatively you will need to book an outside space to guarantee no stairs.

Traffic management will be in place in the village of Wentworth to deal with the massive influx of traffic expected at this event!

* Please note: Your stall must not exceed the size of your booking, and must not block or inhibit any aisles or walkways. No stands can be placed in the aisles. If you have a stand, rail or table you wish to bring you must book enough space to accommodate it.

Stalls are pre-allocated on the day (Standard 6ft table and chair)
All stallholders will be required to provide a risk assessment

3m x 3m space (you must provide your own gazebo/tables and you must have weights):

Payment Terms

A non-refundable 20% deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation.
The final balance must then be made at least one month prior to the event and bookings are not guaranteed until the full payment has been made. Cancellations can be made up to one month before the event to receive a refund, excluding the 20% deposit.

Terms & Conditions

I understand that Embee Marketing accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of stock or equipment or for injury to the public in relation to my stall. Should Embee Marketing have to cancel the event a full refund will be given and no responsibility for loss of earnings accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time.

Should you choose to cancel the event, notice must be given one month prior to the date of the event for a refund to be given (deposits are non-refundable), after this date no refund will be issued. All payments must be made one month before the event, but if you fail to do so, but also fail to cancel before this deadline you are then fully liable for the full cost of your booking, regardless if you are able to attend or not and payment must be made before the date of the event. Unpaid debts will be sent to the small claims court.

Marketing

We will be extensively marketing our events to make them a success! We will promote stallholders via social media so please make sure you put your links on this form. We will be leafleting all over South Yorkshire, putting adverts in local papers and posters up in shops. We want to show off the fantastic talent that exists in Yorkshire and make this event amazing!
