The program will be administered through the Fire Fit Occupational Health and Fitness Program.
Coordination of the initial program will be through the Occ Health and Fitness Coordinator (OHFC)
The class sessions will be verified, coordinated and administered by PFT, ______ - with the assistance of other certified Peer Fitness Trainers when necessary.
Required equipment and classroom set-up will be coordinated by the Lead Instructor – PFT, ______
Future class sessions will be coordinated by the Lead Instructor for this class– PFT, ______
Additional classes will be added if there are more then X participants.
Class will be reviewed when participation drops below X participants.
Class will be discontinued once participation drops below Xparticipants

PREPARATION STEP
SAFETY:
The Lead PFT, ______ will determine the safety of equipment and the room for the program to being administered.
The Lead PFT, ______ will insure that all participants have been screened via the FARQ for the ability to participate in the program being administered.
INTRODUCTION:
Explain elements involved in the class and what is to be accomplished.
MOTIVATION:
Motivate the participants by explaining how class will improve their overall strength and fitness; that will translate to a greater work capacity, and a lower likelihood of sustaining an injury.

SUMMARY
Upon the completion of each phase of the program, the Lead PFT – ______will submit a summary to assist the OHFC in determining the success of the program.
The OHFC will make recommendations to the Chief of Training to either continue with the current program or make changes necessary to insure future success.
