Thank you for choosing Nicole Goldsmith Interiors to undertake the design work of your living room and study nook at 35 Transom Way, Ocean Reef, WA.
As a result of our meeting on Thursday 21st July 2016, this letter is to formalise our discussion and agreement for Nicole Goldsmith Interiorsto proceed with the following services:
- Designs for the living room and study nook of the house.
- Plans and mood board of the living room / study nook.
- Source and provide specifications for all products and contractor services that will be used for the design of the living room /study nook.
Nicole Goldsmith Interiors will also source and provide contractors to undertake the following works on site:
- Electrical wiring for relocation of TV antenna and quad GPO : McMahon Electrical .
- Materials and installation of wood panelling: Almighty Maintenance.
- Painting of walls, ceilings and trims: Jewks Bros Painting Services.
- Roller blind supplied and installed : Spotlight.
Project management of the works is to be carried out on site at 35 Transom Way, Ocean Reef and the services provided by Nicole Goldsmith Interiors will be at the rate of 15% of the overall cost of the project.
Nicole Goldsmith Interiors will invoice you over four stages of the project.
These being :
1. 30% at the start of the design work.
2. 30% at completion of the design work.
3. 30% at the start of the building works and
4. 10% balance upon completion of the project.
