In general, as an Intern you will…..

You will be involved in a project within the Transformation Management Office team (TMO) at Bupa; that you will be required to contribute to and have an impact on. We have proven experience in creating meaningful internship programs. The TMO team is large, and as such the project could be oriented around your best capability and what you would like to gain from working at Bupa.

The TMO work on translating Bupa’s Strategic Framework into clear outcomes; this includes prioritisation, planning, fit for purpose delivery, resourcing, capability development and benefit realisation.

The TMO takes a people and customer focused approach around what we are doing, what outcomes our people and customers can expect and when.

We envisage that at the end of the 4 weeks you will be able to present back to your team on the project that you have worked on.

What this internship is not….

You will not be shadowing someone for 4 weeks without doing any work or doing endless photocopying.

  • Second last or final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at university
