2018 Critical Care Transport Medicine Conference

The 26th annual Critical Care Transport Medicine Conference (CCTMC) is a quality educational program for physicians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists and allied health care professionals providing information on the essentials of care required for the often complex patient requiring critical care air and ground transport. As an exhibitor your participation will provide an excellent opportunity to meet and exchange information with the professionals who provide the service, and who decide on the purchase of equipment and supplies through a highly scientific, educational, relaxed and fun environment. We expect over 350 healthcare professionals to attend.
The conference will supply a six-foot draped display table. There are electrical outlets available, however no wall space from which to hang display materials. All refreshment breaks are served in the exhibit area. The exhibit fee is $650 per display table. Opportunities for an Unrestricted Educational Grant are also available (contact me for details).
Exhibitor registration and payment are due no later than March 2, 2018. Make payment to Air Medical Physician Association and mail with the completed Exhibitor Contract to:

Exhibitors can expect to set up their exhibit after 7:30 a.m. on Monday, April 9, and be ready to meet participants during open registration beginning at 12:00 p.m. The exhibit area is available for participants during the afternoon break opening day. On Tuesday, April 10, the exhibit area is open from 7:30-8:30 a.m.; 10-10:30 a.m.; 12:20-1:15 p.m.; and 3:30-4:00 p.m. On Wednesday, April 11, the exhibit area is open from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 10:15-10:30 a.m. Exhibitors may dismantle their display after this morning break. CCTMC adjourns at 12:15 p.m. on the 11th.
