Instructions for Reviewing Reports (including Video) in Learning Space (formerly WebSP)

1.  Go to https://ls.som.emory.edu/

2.  From the Login page select “Learner” and Click Continue. Choose “all users “as your group. When the window changes, find your name in the name drop down list and select it. Enter your password (your student ID number) in the password box and click “login.” If you have forgotten your password or it does not work, click on the “Email me My Password” link at the bottom of the Login screen. Three incorrect password entries will lock you out of the software for a period of time, so don’t keep trying passwords if you are unsure. NOTE: If your student ID begins with a zero and your password does not work, try using your ID without the zero on your second attempt.

3.  On the next screen you’ll see a list of your “Current Events.” Click on “Reports” to the right of the event you are interested in accessing. The event name will be a combination of your program and/or faculty name and the event date and it should be easily recognizable.

4.  On the next screen, you can use the buttons to view your grade and comment reports, as well as videos.

5.  To view your videos, click on “Video Review.” If you have seen multiple cases as part of this event you’ll also have to choose which case you want to see. If there was only one case in this event, you don’t need to do anything to select the case.

6.  A new window will open and your name and the event will be a hyperlink. Click on either hyperlink to open your video.

Occasionally, some students may see multiple videos listed. Should this be the case, watch the earliest (the time of each is listed) one first, then open the later one(s) in order. At times, cameras stop during an event and restart and when this happens each of these videos are indexed separately.
