Kentucky’s Videoconference Dial Plan
1. Go to the Kentucky TeleCare Network (KTHN) schedule at www.kytelehealth.net
a. Select the date of your program, then find your program on the schedule
b. Look at the column with Conf ID
c. Write down the 7 digit Conf ID
2. Members of the Kentucky 7 digit dial plan, simply dial the 7 digit number
3. For those who may need to connect via ISDN, audio-only or other modality, the contacts noted in #4 below for each of the different programs may be able to help you.
4. If you have IP-based videoconference technology and are not on the Kentucky 7 digit dial plan:
a. If the Conf ID is 103XXXX
i. To test 24x7
1. From Polycom endpoint dial 128.163.220.70##1028 or
2. From Tandberg/Cisco endpoints dial 128.163.220.70 and you should hear the auto attendant say “Hello, welcome to the conferencing system…”. Using the remote control, dial 1028#
3. From Polycom endpoints dial 128.163.220.70 and you should hear the auto attendant say “Hello, welcome to the conferencing system…”. Using the remote control, dial #1028#
4. From any system, set up a new directory with 128.163.220.70 and “e.164” or “extension” = 1028
ii. On the day of the conference
1. Please do not connect more than 30 minutes before program start time or you may interrupt a program using the same conference number
2. Use the instructions above, but replace 1028 with XXXX noted in 3a above

b. If the Conf ID is 102XXXX
i. To test 24x7

4. From any system, set up a new directory with 128.163.220.71 and “e.164” or “extension” = 1028
ii. On the day of the conference
