I have many good friends, and e ven more acquaintences. The difference between my tuer friendsand those who I simply associate with on a semi-regular basis, is the trait of loyalty.
Loyalty is the trait where a person focuses on others, accepts different points of view, and understands the feelings of others.

Paragraph 1— Many people show loyalty to their friends and family. Loyalty is the trait where a person focuses on others. When a person focuses on others, that person will try to meet other people’s needs. They try to make others feel better in times of sorrow. They remember events like birthdays. For example, my mother is very loyal to her children. She always sends gifts for birthdays and other holidays. She always says, “Scott, even though you were a big trouble-maker, you are my best child and I love you way more than those others.” This shows that a loyal person always focuses on the feelings, needs, desires, and comfort of others.
In addition to focusing on others, a loyal person also accepts the views of others, even when those views are different. Loyalty is the trait of accepting the different views of a variety of people. A loyal person is open-minded, and not one-sided in their beliefs and attitudes. They are inclusive, and team-players. For example, in the film Toy Story, Woody is taken away from his home. Buzz, his former rival, now acts as his savior. He rounds up the other toys with a war whoop, “Let’s save Woody!” This shows that Buzz is willing to put aside his rivalry with Woody, to save Woody from eminent danger and dislocation.
