Our itinerary:
Wednesday, April 2
Depart from New London and Old Saybrook for our overnight flight to Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Thursday, April 3
Arrive in Sao Paulo where we will be met and transferred to our hotel. The balance of our day is free.
Friday, April 4
We include a half-day tour of Sao Paulo and then transferred to Royal Caribbean’s “Splendor of the Seas.”
Saturday, April 5
We have a free day to explore all the features this great ship has to offer.
Sunday, April 6
At Punta del Este, Uruguay from 10:00am to 7:30pm gives you plenty of time to visit this ancient port or possibly go to the 20 miles of beaches.
Monday, April 7
We arrive at 9:30am in Buenos Aires, Argentina; called the Paris of South America. Stroll the streets of this cosmopolitan city, tour the countryside..or attend a barbecue featuring Argentinian beef. We’re here until 11:30pm.
Tuesday, April 8
At Montevideo, Uruguay from12:30pm until 8:00pm. You can visit the old city…or you may want to visit a local winery.
Wednesday, April 9 & Thursday, April 10
We have 2 days at sea to enjoy the sports center with a full basketball court, outdoor poolside movie screen and so much more and of course a casino. We will be hosting a cocktail party on Wednesday evening.
Friday, April 11
Arrive Sao Paulo and head to the airport to fly to Rio de Janiero, Brazil. We will be met and transferred to our hotel.
Saturday, April 12
We will have a half day tour of Rio today. Rio is famous for it’s beaches, Sugar Loaf mountain and Corcovado Mountain.
Sunday, April 13
Another full day in Rio before we’re transferred to the airport for our overnight flight back to JFK.
Monday, April 14
A morning arrival at JFK where our motorcoach awaits to return us to Connecticut.

Cancel Feb.1 – Feb.15, 2014 – 50% of total fare
Cancel Feb.16 – Mar. 5, 2014 – 75% of total fare
Cancel Mar. 6 – departure – no refund

Responsibility and Liability: Klingerman Travel, Inc. is responsible to its passengers as set forth below. Klingerman Travel, Inc. (hereafter named KTI) is
responsible for arranging and providing all services and accommodations offered in connection with this trip. However, in no cases does KTI own, operate
or control any of the firms or vendors which will provide goods and services for the trip (hotels, air or land transportation, meals, etc.) or for any option which
may be available (optional side trips, car rentals, etc) KTI has not priced the trip or option to allow KTI to guarantee against the failure or negligence of any
such firms. Hotel rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis. KTI has no control over how specific rooms are assigned. While hotels are asked to
take into account special room requests. KTI cannot guarantee any requests for type of bedding, views, etc. since it is not within control to do so. Each
participant agrees to seek redress or remedies directly with the supplier and not to hold KTI liable in the absense of its negligence which results directly or
indirectly from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise of (1) which any entity which is to or doesn’t provide goods or services for the trip or any
available option (e.g. the quality of services, cleanliness of a hotel, beach, sightseeing attraction, ship, aircraft, bus or any other conveyances, quality of food
problems regarding needs or animals, damaged, lost or delayed luggage, hotel overbooking (flight delays, labor unrest, acts of criminals or terrorism, etc)
or any other third party Each participant also agrees not to hold KTI liable for circumstances beyond its control (mechanical failures, strikes, etc.)
or for acts of God (weather, natural disasters,etc) Each participant acknowledges that neither KTI nor its agents have made any representation or promise
with respect to the arrangements described except as expressly setforth in KTI’s literature, unless such agreement is in writing and signed by an officer of
KTI. KTI reserves the right to decline, for any lawful reason, to accept or retain any person as a participant on a trip (or option), whereupon KTI’s only
obligation shall be to refund to such person that portion or payment allowable to the unused services.
