Committed
Strive to be dedicated, steadfast and resolute in carrying out your goals and responsibilities. When you include God in all your plans and rely on His help and guidance, you can and will accomplish your objectives. “Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed” (Proverbs 16:3, NLT).
Humble
Be sincere, honest andunpretentious. Be authentic and genuine. Doing so is pleasing to God and in due time,He will reward you greatly. “Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us” (Romans 12:3, NLT).
Accountable
Take personal responsibility for the decisions you make and the actions you take—especially when you are under stress and when mistakes are made. Live up to your full potential because you are ultimately accountable to God. “For we are each responsible for our own conduct” (Galatians 6:5, NLT).
Magnanimous
Be considerate, charitable and empathetic towardothers. Be generous in forgiving offenses. “Don't repay evil for evil. Don’t retaliate with insults when people insult you. Instead, pay them back with a blessing. That is what God has called you to do, and he will bless you for it” (1 Peter 3:9, NLT).
Persistent
Be tenacious and resolute in order to reach your physical and spiritual goals. Stand fastduring periods of adversity. “Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him” (James 1:12,NIV).
Intrepid
Exercise courage when facing new or difficult situations. Dowhat is rightwhen you encounteropposition or criticism. When you do, God will gladly support, fortify and encourage you. “Be strong and brave! Don't be afraid and don’t panic, for I, the Lord your God, am with you in all you do” (Joshua 1:9, NET).
Optimistic
Have a positive, resilient attitude that looks on the bright side. Godly optimismhelps you continue moving forward even when facing impediments. “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:2, NKJV).
Noble
Endeavor to be fair and honorable in all your dealings. Be a person of integrity, uprightness and reliability. Maintain high moral standards and make right and wise choices—particularly when facing pressure to do otherwise. “But a noble person plans noble things; he stands up for noble causes” (Isaiah 32:8, HCS).
