YOU MUST ENSURE YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE FORM CLEARLY & CORRECTLY WE CAN NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR FORMS THAT ARE NOT COMPLETE WITH PAYMENT OR BACS REFERENCE OR ARE INCORRECTLY FILLED OUT.

Please complete the attached order form and return to the Secured Essence Catering box located in the School Reception. Forms should be in a sealed envelope if containing payment on
Monday one week in advance.
If your order is late, please ring Essence Catering office direct on 07584 079011.
Remember to fill out your child’s name and class clearly and write a numbered choice on the form without this information we will not be able to process your form.
Bacs payments should use reference starting Gif followed with the child’s name the reference is very important so we can trace payments. The account name: essence catering account number:03478807 sort code: 20-57-40
