TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF TRICYCLE,
MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENTS FOR DISABLED:
Sealed Tenders are invited by Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti
(Hereinafter referred to as "SAMITI") for the Supply of Tricycles, Material and
Equipments for physically handicapped as per the terms and conditions and specifications mentioned below for the year 2015-16:
1. The Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti is a charitable organization, Registered under Societies Registration Act 1975 with the Government of Rajasthan, and dependent mainly on grant & donations.
2. The quantities mentioned in the Schedule of Quantities are tentative and are likely to vary. No claim for variation in quantities would be entertained by the Samiti.
3. The period of supply is from 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2016.
4. The Tricycles and crutches (small, medium & large) should be of ISI mark and as per the specifications mentioned in this tender.
5. The supplies to the Samiti should be made strictly as per the supply order placed by BMVSS within 10 to 15 days of work order. If the supplies are not made within the stipulated period then BMVSS would be at liberty to cancel the tender and purchase the material from the other suppliers. If there is any loss of on this account the same shall be recovered from the earnest money deposited by the tenderer.
6. The supplier can inspect the samples of Tricycle, Equipments and Material in the office of Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti between 10 AM to 5 PM on all working days from 11.03.2015 to 18.03.2015.
7. The payment to the suppliers would be made by Cheque within one month from the date of receipt of bill by BMVSS.
8. The tenderers are required to submit a sample of Tricycle, Material & Equipments to be supplied by him along with the tender. The samples of unsuccessful tenderers would be returned back and the samples of successful tenderer would be retained by the Samiti upto 31.03.2016.

9. BMVSS will not accept any conditional tender.
10. The suppliers of Material & Equipment to the BMVSS are required to furnish a Bank Draft / Pay order equivalent to 2% of the quoted rates as earnest money along with the tender and the suppliers of tricycles are required to furnish a bank draft/pay order equivalent to Rs. 1,20,000/- as unrest money.
The earnest money deposited by the supplier with the tender document shall be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers with in a period of 30 days from the date of opening of tender by BMVSS. The earnest money deposited by the successful tenderer would be retained by the Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti as security deposit for the due fulfillment of the contract and shall be refunded by 15.04.2015.
11. Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti reserves the right to split the tender for the supply of Tricycle, Material and Equipments between one and more suppliers. The Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any / all tender(s) without assigning any reason.
12. After the supply of the Material, Tricycle & Equipments a inspection report shall be prepared by the BMVSS for verifying the quality and specifications. The report so prepared shall be treated as final and binding on the suppliers.
13. The Employees of SMS Hospital, Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti and their close relatives are debarred from participating in this tender process.
14. (a) For any dispute arising out of the supplies made to the Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti under this tender, the decision of Management of the Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti shall be final and binding on the tenderers.
(b) All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur.
15. The offers are invited in the sealed envelope separate for each item and should be addressed to the Secretary General Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti, Jaipur. The bid envelope should be clearly marked as "Tender No. 01/2015-16 dated 11.03.2015 for the supply of particular Material, Equipment & Tricycle.

17. All the pages of the tender documents should be signed by the Tenderer.
18. The tenderer should also quote the RST / CST / TIN No. etc.
19. The attested Copy of Last year Income Tax Assessment should also be submitted along with the tender.
20. Notification issued by Finance Department (Tax Division) Govt. of Rajasthan vide their order dated 8.5.2006 in favour of Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti for manufacturing of artificial limbs, calipers, and crutches etc. (copy enclosed).
21. Any tender received by Fax or through Email will not accepted by BMVSS.
