TimeBuilding opens at 8:00 a.m. Coaches meeting at8:15 (on pool deck). Warm Up Time 8:30-9:30 (split warm up 30 min. per team). Practice starts within your warm up time. Meet starts 9:45 a.m. Lunch Break for 30 minutes after IM events. Each team is required to provide three volunteer timers for the duration of the meet.

Individual Events: 1st - 3rd place medals; 4th - 8th place ribbons
AdmissionSpectators admission fee: $1.00 for students; and $2.00 for adults per day. Children 6 and under free (when accompanied by an adult). Please share this information with your parents, so they know there is a nominal admission fee. Swimmers and coaches will not be charged an admission fee. A customizing t-shirt vendor will be available for families wishing to purchase Conference Swim Meet apparel.
EligibilityThis meet is limited only to those teams currently competing in the Conference and to swimmers currently on the team roster. Swimmers may compete in age group events as of their age on March 1, 2014.
Locker RoomsLocker rooms are available. Please bring your own lock.
SupervisionAll swimmers must be supervised in the gymnasium, locker room, and the hallways. It is the responsibility of the coach to provide that supervision. Supervise your swimmers at all times. Swimmers and spectators will be able to utilize the gymnasium to “camp out” between events. Please be sure to clean up your area at the conclusion of the meet. Additional facility rules and regulations will be provided prior to the meet.
ConcessionsFood, beverages, and snacks will be sold at the concession stand. NO food or beverages are allowed in the gym or on the pool deck.
SportsmanshipCoaches, swimmers, and spectators alike will be expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship; failure to do so will result in removal from the grounds.
