S.I.R. Administrators, LLC
S.I.R. Administrators, LLC was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Network Adjusters, Inc. It was established at the request of insurance carriers who want a pre-approved TPA that will handle the SIR layer within the pre-approved Best Claim Practices. This is a standalone claims unit with supervisors, adjusters and clerical. It also has its own database, which only the SIR unit can access.
S.I.R. Administrators, LLC will be contracted directly with the insured for the obligations to be performed within the SIR layer of the primary policy. We represent the insured’s direct interests as our client and their responsibilities pursuant to the SIR provisions of the policy, pools and risk retention groups. We are also very accustomed to working with companies that are considering a Self-Insured Retention for the first time. We make our clients feel comfortable that they will be actively involved in the decisions specific to their claims. We also work with them in loss funding and compliance requirements such as CMS reporting.
