FIRST AID KITS

This checklist should be used to check contents of first aid kits regularly (at least monthly) and to arrange restock of supplies.

How to Order First Aid Supplies: Inspect the first aid kit/s in your work area. Compare the stocklevels in the first aid kit against the stock levels outlined for the 3 different types of kits. Contact the Site Supervisor who will arrange for kits to be restocked.
