Went caroling at the local nursing home with a local church at Christmas time.
Stony Plain Kinsmen
Served hot dogs at the town Light Up Night
New Year's Eve they helped out with the sleigh rides
Worked the pancake breakfast at the Festival of Trees
Their Christmas Hamper project helped around 500 families this year and the Spruce Grove Kinettes also helped around 500 families in their community as well
Helping the local museum with their Legacy Street Expansion by committing to raise $100,000 to help with the project.

Held their annual craft sale in the fall

Judged the parade at the community Light Up Night
Handed out chocolates to local businesses for National Day of Kindness
They also have their 50th Anniversary coming up
Rob McCannell did a presentation about his campaign for Vice Governor with Lisa McGraw.
John Tse did a presentation about membership. He spent the year working and building relationships with clubs in the District. D4 and D1 are close to having the same number of active members in the association. The Edmonton Kinsmen will be holding their 90th Anniversary in May. More information is available on the D4 website.
John Tse along with Susan Dickson did a presentation about National Convention as well. Registration will be available soon.

Kin Governors Dan Gosse and Corie Brand did a quick presentation on their year so far. They're encouraging everyone to apply for both District and National Awards. They also talked about perceptions when it comes to membership and what people are thinking and feeling and how that can work with conflict management.

Tim Frantz from the Lethbridge Kinsmen came to do a presentation on District Convention being held in Lethbridge April 28th – 30th.
Dean Faithfull and Susan Dickson did a presentation about their incoming District Executive team. They are still looking for DG's to join their team. If you know of anyone who might be interested please let them know.
Lucia Cutting did a presentation on National and District Awards on behalf of Al And Cathleen Martin.
Angela Jenkins did a fun presentation for Service Director relating to our “Let's Make A Deal” theme.

Sargent at Arms Report - $110.45 in fines collected. Chris Tremblay (St. Albert Kinsmen) made a motion to donate the money to Cystic Fybrosis. Seconded by Sheila Harris (Fort Saskatchewan Kinettes). Motion carried.
Good of Kin
-Tim Frantz wanted to thank everyone who came down to Lethbridge for their Mardi Gras fundraiser.
Dan Gosse wanted to thank Angela Jenkins for designing amazing service pins and thanked Kim, Dave, Anne-Marie and Sheila for their leadership in running a great Zone Conference.
Patrick Dower announced that the St. Albert Kinsmen are buying tables for both the St. Albert Kinsmen and St. Albert Kinettes for the Edmonton Kinettes Black and White Affair fundraiser.
