  1. The first improvement program of PT Samudera Eco Anugerah focuses on implementing appropriate data collection in each supply chain
  1. Data system is done by institutions which cooperate with fishers group in each locations
  2. The fisher’s understanding about catch size, responsible fishing gear and better management
  1. Facilitation of trading between fishers and the buyer (fish’n Blues). The latest transaction data in 2015 with 244,7 kg and transaction value is Rp. 16.500.000,-
  2. Assessment for compliance of BMP reef fish to fisher group Lanna Perdana with 53,47%, while Tanakeke fishers group has not been assessd due to bad weather.
