Market cartons and corrugated cardboard in Ukraine

The author analyzed the influence of modern financial and economic conditions on the development of the production of paper, cardboard, corrugated board and packaging from them in 2009. The article presents data on production, consumption, import, export packaging from corrugated board. The author also analyzed the production of packaging made of cardboard and corrugated regions of Ukraine.

The application of peracetic cellulose from rape straw in composition of paper and cardboard

The possibility of peracetic cellulose application obtained by non catalytic pulping and with the catalysts application in composition of written paper and cardboard for the flat layers of the corrugated cardboard was shown. It was found out that the rape peracetic cellulose application in composition of paper and cardboard allows to reduce prime cost of the products due to replacement of bleached coniferous cellulose.
Development of the solution to improve the impermeability to fat wrapping paper

This article presents the results of studies of pulp and paper production, in particular the production of packaging paper with an impermeable coating to fat for packaging products that contain fat. The composition of the solution to cover reaches a certain depth in the capillaries of the fibrous material, while a partial allocation of water and its absorption of the fiber. The authors have developed solution composition based on polyvinyl alcohol, which gives an opportunity to improve not only the impermeability to fat fibrous material, but also to stabilize it for the whole area of leaf of paper, including elevated temperature and after numerous kinks and get a water tight and resistant to water surface.
Influence of temperature and humidity is on the heat-conducting of paper and cardboard

Experimental determinations of coefficients of heat-conducting of paper, cardboard and corrugated cardboard are conducted and research of their dependence on a temperature and humidity. The proper dependences of coefficients of heat-conducting are set on a temperature and humidity.

The author reviewed the various types of polystyrene (general purpose, high-impact, foam), their properties and applications. Information about the world and Ukrainian markets polystyrene, as well as directions and trends. We separately examined the direction of polystyrene for the manufacture of consumer, transport packaging and ancillary packaging products in Ukraine.

The article made an analysis of the Ukrainian market of bread and bakery products, and the tendencies of its development. Separately for each group of products (bread bakeries, rich bakeries, roll bakery, biscuits, bread, toast) identify and analyze consumer and transport packaging. Based on the structure of the packaging and its main characteristics is calculated need for consumer and transport packaging and packaging materials for their manufacture.

Influence of physical and mechanical properties of consumer packages on the parameters of the formation of structural elements of the group packing

Technological scheme, view and type of the working organs of the group packing largely depend on the physical and mechanical properties of consumer packages. The consideration of structural and mechanical characteristics of consumer packaging during the move operation will allow a sufficiently high accuracy to predict the positioning of the packages, as well as the duration of the operation.
In this article authors give the mathematical modeling of movement of structural elements of group packing pusher for planes carrying inlet and main pipelines in the light of structural and mechanical characteristics of the packaging.

The main characteristic of small sized products from the standpoint of the object packaging is the proportionality of the mass of a single product with the mass of a dose or permissible mass of the absolute error of dosing. The diversity of products, their size, weight, physical and mechanical properties contributed to the creation of a large number of ways of packing, dispensing and packaging equipment to compose solutions. This article provides an analysis of the generalized state of technology and equipment for packing small sized products, and formulated their development.
