Experience /
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Word & Excel
- SIMS data base competence
- Proven experience record in finance including in the development, management andoperation of financialmanagement systems.
- Experience of procurement.
- Ability to manage the schoolsadministrative and financialsystems.
- Liaison with external agencies, businesses or contractors
- Recent experience of budget management in a school or similar child-centred environment.
- In depth knowledge of schoolfinancial, personnel and
an understanding of relevantlegislation, including LMS.
- Ability to manage, lead, organise,deploy and motivate clerical staff.
- Knowledge of HR issues and ability to find solutionsand provide advice.
