PLAYERUNIFORMS
•Playersmustwearmatchingjerseys.Similarcoloursandsingletswill notbeaccepted
•Playersmustwearshinpadsatalltimes.Shinpadsmustbecompletelycoveredbylongsocks.
•Everyplayermustwearaunique,individual,visible,numberprintedontheirjersey.
Goalkeeperswithouta numberontheirjerseydonotreceiveagoalcountedagainsttheirteam,
providedtheyonlyplayin goalanddonottaketheplaceofanoutfieldplayerduringthegame.
•Ifa player(commencesplayduringa matchwithoutcorrectuniform,theteamwillbepenalisedregardlessifthecorrectuniformis sortedduringthegame.
•Nojewellerycanbeworn,howeveraflatweddingbandentirelycoveredbysportstapewill be
accepted.

GAMESHEETS
Thecaptainisresponsibleforensuringeachplayer’sdetailsarelistedinthedesignatedareasonthegamesheet.LegiblePRINTwritingincludingfirstname,surnameandjerseynumberarerequiredpriortokickoff.
*Onlytheindividualsthatareplayinginthegamearetobewrittenonthegamesheet.

FORFEITS
Allforfeitswillincuradeductionof3competitionpointsfromtheseasonladderandaresubjecttothefinesaslistedbelow;
FINALS
Unlesspromotedotherwise,allcompetitionswillendwithafinalsphase.Playersmusthaveplayedat least 4 games to be eligible for finals unless otherwise indicated by management.Playingunqualifiedplayerswillresultinateamdisqualificationfromfinals.
Ifscoresaretiedatfull-time,one5minuteperiodextratimeshallcommence.Ifscoresremaintiedattheendofthisperiodapenaltyshoot-outshalltakeplace.
INDIVIDUALPLAYERS;
•A secondyellowcard inany matchissuedtoanindividualplayerwillresult inaoneweeksuspensionfromallFutsalGeelongcompetitions.
•Onceaplayerreceivestheir4thyellowcardinonecompetitiontheywillbesuspendedfor(1)oneweekinall FutsalGeelong competitions. A5th yellowcardby thatplayer in the samecompetitionwillresultinadoublingoftheprevioussuspension.i.e.A5thyellowcardwillresultinatwoweeksuspension.
•Onceaplayerreceivestheir6thyellowcardinasingleseason,thatplayerwillbeunabletoplayinanyFutsalGeelongcompetitionfortheremainderoftheseason,includingfinals.
•Whenaplayerisissuedaredcard,anautomaticoneweekbanwillbeenforcedforallFutsal
Geelongcompetitionsinadditiontofurtherdisciplinaryactionasdocumentedinthe FutsalGeelongFixedPenaltysystemandanyothersuspensionsdeterminedbyFutsalGeelongwhichmayincludetheremovalofplayersfromcompetitions.
•Ifaplayerreceivesasecondredcardwithinatwo(2)yearperiod,theymaybebannedfromplayinginallFutsalGeelongcompetitionsforan extended period as deemed appropriate byFutsalGeelong.TheFFVcanenforcelongerorlifebansastheyseefitfromallFFVsanctionedprogramsandcompetitions.
•Inanycasewhereaplayerreceivesaredcard,thatplayercannotbereplacedfor5minutes;irrespectiveofgoalsscored.
•Inanygamewherethereis two red cards are handed out to the same team,ortherefereefeelsitisunsafetocontinue,thegamewillbeabandoned,withresulttobedecidedbyFGmanagementandteamsadvisedinwriting.
TEAMSANCTIONS/DISCIPLINARYPOINTSSYSTEM(DPS);
FGbelievestheDisciplinaryPointsSystem (DPS)willcurbtheattitudesandbehavioursofteamswhocontinuallybreaktherules.Itistheteamcaptain’sresponsibilitytoensurethatthismessagehasbeenread,understoodandpassedontoallplayersaffiliatedwiththeirteam.
•Foreverycardissuedtoplayers(YelloworRed)disciplinarypointsareaccruedandallocatedtotheapplicableteam.

AllFutsalrefereesatBVACandLeisuretimeCentreareemployedbyFutsalGeelongInc.andhavecompletedtheFutsalRefereeProgram.Uponcompletionof their course,refereesreceiveongoingtrainingandreviews.

BVACoffersasocialmixedfutsalcompetitiononTuesdaynights.AllCentrefutsalrulesapplywiththeadditionofthefollowingmixedspecificrules:
•Amaximumoftwomaleplayersallowedonthecourtatanytime.
•Bothmalesandfemalescanbegoalkeeper.
•Samegenderpenaltykicks.Amalecannottakeapenaltyagainstafemalegoalkeeper.Inapenaltyshootoutscenario,eachteammustselectonemaleandonefemalegoalkeeper.
•Playersmaynotkicktheballwithexcessiveforcewhendeemedrecklessordangeroustosurroundingfemaleplayers.Thisincludeswhentakingafree-kickorcorner.Thepowerofthekickandwhetherornottoawardanindirectfree-kickisatthereferee’sdiscretion.
Thereisanindividualwaitinglistattheofficewhereplayersseekinga teamplacetheirdetails.If ateamislookingfora newplayertheycancontacttheofficetobeputintouchwithplayersonthelist.
GAMEREQUIREMENTS
Amaximumoffiveplayersmaytakethecourtatanyonetimeduringamatch.Substitutionsmaybe madeat any time during a game without the referee’s approval; however the refereemustbenotifiedofGoalKeepersubstitutions.
Playerscanonlycompeteforoneteamperdivision.Playersmayplayfortwodifferentteamsintwoseparatedivisions.
Teams musthaveatleastthreeplayerstostartthematch.The clockwillstartontime.Ifathirdplayerdoesnotshowup,theopposingteamshallreceiveonegoalevery2minutesuntilthe10thminutemarkofthefirst half.At thispointthematchshallbedeemedaforfeitandthescore5-0.
Teamsmayuseaplayerfromanotherteamtofillthesquadoffive(excludingfinals).Ifforanyreasonateam/sisreducedtotwomen,thematchwillbeabandonedandresultdeterminedbymanagement.Thereisamaximumof10playersperteamallowedinasinglegame.
HEATPOLICY
Intheeventofon-courttemperaturesexceeding30degreescelsius,amodifiedgameformatwillbeused.Atwo minutebreakaftereveryten minutesofplaywillbe introduced.Thehalf timebreakwilldoubletofiveminutes.
Intheeventofon-courttemperaturesexceeding35degreescelsius,gameswill cancelledandre-scheduledatthenextpossibledateoraresultgivenatthediscretionorFutsalGeelongManagement.
COURTCHECKS
FutsalGeelongand/orVenueStaffhavetheauthoritytocancelanyfutsalmatchiftheydeemthecourtorenvironmentunsafetoplay.Insomescenariosthegamemaybedelayedforaperiodbeforebeingdeemedsafetoplay.IfthematchiscancelledbeforeorduringtheoutcomeofthematchwillbedecidedbyFutsalGeelongandcommunicatedtotheteamsvia email.
IftheGKpassestheballtoamemberofhis/herteam,theGKisNOTallowedtotouchtheballatalluntilithastouchedamemberoftheopposition.An indirectfree-kickwillbeawardedtotheoppositionifthisruleisbroken.UnlesstheGKisintheattackinghalf.
Theballmustbestationaryonoraballswidthbehindthesidelinewheretheballwentout.Thisalsoappliestobothfeetofthepersontakingthekickin.
Ifthisrule isbrokentheball willbeturnedovertotheoppositiontotakethekickin.
Ateamispermittedtocommitamaximumfivefoulsinonehalfoffutsalwithoutthe other team being awarded apenaltykick(unlessfoulsarecommittedindefensivepenaltyarea).
Everyfoulcommittedbeyondthefifthfoulwillresultintheoppositionbeingawardeda10meterpenaltykick.
Thefoulcountis resetattheconclusionofeachhalf(exc.ET).Players are not permitted to makea sliding action thatmakescontactwithsurroundingplayers.Slidetacklingisacautionableoffence.
JUNIORAGELIMITS:
Theyeartheplayerwasbornwilldeterminetheeligibleagegroup. Pleasecontactthecompetitioncoordinatorformoreinformationregardingagerestrictions.
SENIORAGELIMITS:
Toqualifyforsenior competitionthe minimumageis16.Playersundertheageof16requirepre-approvalbymanagementandwrittenconsentfromparent/guardian.
Playingrulesofcompetitionarecurrentlyavailablefromreceptionatthevenue.Pleaseensureyoureadthempriortoregisteringyourteamwithus.Itisassumed that byregisteringintheFutsalGeelongcompetition,youhavereadandagreedtocomplywiththeFutsalGeelongcompetitionrulesandFFVFootballDisciplinaryregulationswhichgovernthem.
PLAYERS CODE OFBEHAVIOUR
1.Play bytherules.
2.Neverarguewith a refereeorofficial.Ifyou disagree,haveyourcaptain,coachor managerapproachthecompetitionormatch officialsduringthebreakor afterthematch.Remembertherulebookstatestherefereeisalwaysright.
3.Controlyourtemper.Verbalabuseof officialsandsledgingotherplayers,deliberatelydistractingorprovokinganopponentarenotacceptableor permittedbehaviourinanysport.
4.Work equallyhardfor yourselfand/oryourteam.Yourteam’sperformancewillbenefitandsowillyou.
5.Treatallparticipantsinthesportasyouwouldliketobetreated.Donotbully or takeunfairadvantageof anothercompetitor.
6.Cooperatewith yourcoach,team-matesandopponents.Withoutthemtherewouldbeno
competition.
7.Participateforyourownenjoymentandbenefit,notjustto pleaseparentsandcoaches.
8.Respecttherights,dignityandworthofallparticipantsregardlessoftheirgender,ability,culturalbackgroundorreligion.

1.Rememberthatchildrenparticipateinsportfortheirenjoyment,notyours.

FFASPECTATORCODEOFBEHAVIOUR
Spectatorsattendinga Matchorotherwiseinvolvedin anyactivitystagedorsanctionedbyFFAor anaffiliateMemberFederation,DistrictAssociationorClubmust:
1.RespectthedecisionsofMatchOfficials andteachchildrentodo thesame.
2.Neverridiculeorscold achild for makinga mistake.
3.Respecttherights,dignityandworthofeverypersonregardlessoftheirgender,ability,race,colour,religion,language,politics,nationalor ethnicorigin.
4.Neveruse violenceinanyform towardsanotherpersonincludingfellowspectators,PlayersorMatch/TeamOfficials(includingCoaches).
5.Notengageinactsofdiscrimination,harassmentorabusetowardsanyperson,including:
a.theuseofobsceneoroffensivelanguageand/orgestures;
b.theincitementof hatredorviolence.
6.ComplywithallTermsofAdmissionincludingprovisionsrelatingto securityscreening,intoxication,anditems thatareprohibitedbylaworrestrictedbypolicyfrom beingbroughtintotheVenue.
7.Notdisplay,or attemptto display,thefollowingitemswithin theVenue:
a.National,politicalor racial flagsoremblemsexceptfortherecognisedNationalflagsofthecompetingteams;
b.offensiveorinappropriatebannersineitherEnglishoraforeignlanguage.
8.Neverthrowmissiles,projectilesorobjectsofanydescriptionatPlayers,MatchOfficialsorfellowspectators.
9.Notenterorattempttoenterthefieldofplayorplayingarenawithoutlawfulauthority.
10.Refrainfromanydisorderlyconductor conductthatmay injurethereputationandgoodwillof FFAandthecodeofFootballgenerally.
AnypersonwhodoesnotcomplywiththisSpectatorCodeofBehaviourorwhootherwisecauses adisturbancemay beevictedfromtheVenueandmay bebannedfrom attendingfutureMatches.
