REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

RE: Delivery of spare parts for WAGENER Schwelm vulcanizing press

TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENTS:

I.PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.

The subject of the present market research is delivery of spare parts for vulcanizing press, manufactured by WAGENER Schwelm GmbH & Co., as specified below:

II. IN THE TECHNICAL PART OF THE QUOTE EACH SUPPLIER SHOUD:

  1. Confirmthequantity – as specified in the table above.
  2. Verify the quality of the product –each delivery shall be certified by a certificate of quality from the manufacturer and declaration of conformity.
  3. To indicate:
  • Origin –WAGENER Schwelm GmbH & Co., Germany.
  • Delivery terms:DDP warehouse of the BUYER, town of Panagyurishte, Assarel site (Incoterms 2010);
  • Deliverytime –in days after firm purchase order / contract;
  • Warranty period: in months after delivery;
  • Quotation validity: Quotation validity should be at least three months after the deadline for its submission.
  1. То present:
  • Reference list of customers: Participants should submit a list of clients for the past three years with addresses and telephone numbers;
  • References: Participants should submit references from at least 3 customers.
  • A document for registration if the participant is a foreign company.

III. IN THE COMMERCIAL PART OF THE QUOTE EACH SUPPLIER SHOUD QUOTE:

  1. A fixed unit price in BGN or EUR without VAT.
  2. Payment terms – maximum deferred payment after delivery.

IV. REQUIREMENTS TOWARDS THE OFFERS AND SUPPLIERS

When preparing the proposal for participation in the offer study, the candidate should strictly adhere to the announced by the Buyer conditions.

Quotations must comply with the requirements of the present request for quotation. If the participant cannot comply or respond to a particular item, he must indicate "No response" for this point. The participants in the offer study should fully describe all answers.

V.QUOTATIONS SUBMISSION:

1. Quotations should be sent by post in a sealed envelope, addressed toDirector “Audit and Control” eng. R. Shumanov, as follows: a large envelope marked: "Quotation for the delivery of spare parts for WAGENER Schwelm vulcanizing press", containing two separate sealed envelopes with the following content:

1.1. Sealed envelope № 1 marked "Documents" (technical part), containing all the necessary documents concerning the proposed technical specifications, technical requirements and specifications, durability after delivery / performance, references and other specific requirements according to the requirements described in Section I. and II.

1.2. Sealed envelope № 2 marked "COMMERCIAL TERMS" containing the proposal of the supplier for the price and payment terms of the offered delivery of goods / services according to the requirements described in Section III.

1.3. Deadline for the submission is 16,00 o’clock at December 17, 2015.

The quotations are not a subject to change after the deadline for their submission.

VI. OPENING AND EVALUATION OF THE QUOTATIONS.

  1. The quotations should be opened and considered only by the selected for this purpose committee. The results will be announced after the end of the evaluation. Each participant should be notified for the evaluation results.
  2. The draftcontract isdrawn upby "Assarel Medet"basedon companyestablishedstandard contractsandshould be provided to counterpartiesfor commentsin the negotiation process.
  3. Please note, that the order for quotation storage, transparency and adherence to principles, established in the company, excludes the possibility for any influence to be exercises over a contractor selection or over the quality of the ingoing control through corruption. Moreover, if such attempts are found, the respective officials will be disciplinary dismissed from work and the contracts with the respective partners shall be terminated.
