Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Refunds will be issued, less an administration fee of 50%, for all cancellations post-marked at least sixty (60) days before the shows after which no refunds will be issued.
Show Management reserves the right to cancel the Canadian CommTech Show & Seminars if there are insufficient sales of Registrations, or for reasons beyond the control of 2217394 Ontario Inc., o/a DazzleMe Productions and the Canadian CommTech Show & Seminars, a.k.a. CommTech East or West.
