Q1 What issues should the Design Guide SPD cover?
Q2 Do you think there are parts of the south Worcestershire which have important design and heritage characteristics? What are these details and where can they be found?
Q3 What are the main issues that need to be considered when designing homes and spaces around them, e.g. parking, garden space, material, adaptability, sustainable build, privacy?
Q4 What are the main issues that need to be considered when designing wider residential areas and the public realm, e.g. car parking, open space, safety, linkages, health, services and facilities?
Q5 Are there opportunities to develop new housing types and design reflecting local character and places in south Worcestershire and what might these be? Are there any examples of development that might provide inspiration?
Q6 It is considered a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is not required. If you believe one is required please set out what the exceptional circumstances are requiring one to be prepared?
