Purpose

  1. The Department operates a Program, being the Workplace English Language and
    Literacy (WELL) Program, which assists workers to improve their English language, literacy and numeracy skills in order to help meet their employment and training needs. The Program provides assistance for the delivery of workplace-based language, literacy and numeracy training activities and the development of language, literacy and numeracy resources that will facilitate ongoing and cost-effective workplace language, literacy and numeracy training.

LReporting (clause 12)

L.1You must prepare the following Reports in accordance with the reporting requirements available at (click "WELL Training Guidelines &Application Forms' on the fight hand side of the page) or from the State Officer, and deliver the Reports to Us by the dates specified in the following tables:

Table 2: Reports and Certificates
A Project Performance Progress Report - prepared by You or if the training was not provided by You, prepared by the relevant trainer. When a payment is due, this Report must include a Project Financial
Statement prepared by You. The Project Financial Statement amongst other things requires You to specify expenditure from the Enterprise Contribution. / Six months after the Date of this Agreement
