III.  Discussion

Committee members were reminded of the confidentiality of today’s discussion and that the Joint Hiring Committee is a recommending body. The committee is to decide on 8 replacement positions and 2 recent retirement replacements.

R. Nishimoto asked if the committee would like to allocate the retirement positions.

Motion to allocate the retirement positions CHEM and ART made by J. Johnson.
