Non-Heatset Printing Equipment

The following checklist has been developed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to provide verification that the basic requirements of Exemption §106.418, previously Standard Exemption 13, are met. The following questions are derived from the specific conditions of the exemption. Please read all of the questions and provide specific information applicable to the facility. If all applicable conditions of the specific exemption are not met, the facility will not be allowed to operate under exemption and an application for a construction permit will be required pursuant to §116.110 prior to construction. What are the emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and exempt solvents (Non-VOC)from any single press or operation (tpy).
